
Kundalini Yoga & Sound Healing Classes are 75- minutes on Zoom
75 minute zoom class at 8am Pacific Time
Each class includes pranayama (breathwork), a kriya (a set of exercises), and closes with a 15 min deep relaxation of sound healing to assist in the integration of its benefits into your daily life.
Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness. With its unique combination of movement, breath work, mantra, and meditation, kundalini yoga can help quiet an overstimulated nervous system, improve overall well-being, and lead to a sense of peace and ease.

6. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy. Headphones are recommended for sound healing the last 15 minutes of class.

Marissa Hutchinson has been teaching Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Yin Yoga for 5 years and practicing yoga for 10 years. After experiencing the spiritual and mental health benefits of kundalini yoga and gentle somatic/subtle body practices, Marissa found herself able to regulate her nervous system and live a more balanced life. She knew she had to share it all with others. She has completed over 1000 hours of teacher training with incredible teachers such as Scott Moore, Kailee Smith, Lisa Pearson and all of the teachers within the Inner Peace Yoga Therapy training. She also completed her certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy in 2025 and a 9 month certification in Meditation for Spiritual and Mental Health. Yoga Nidra Bliss - 60 min on Zoom
60 minute zoom class at 7:30pm Pacific Time , Tuesdays.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While you rest comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness.
The addition of sound healing using vibrations and frequencies to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind takes this yoga nidra experience to the next level…Bliss.

Sacred Circle on Zoom- 1 Hour
Monthly on the 3rd wednesday, 8pm Pacific Time
a FREE space where all Souls can feel supported, seen and heard. Where we feel safe enough that our Nervous Systems can find some replenishing, where our spirits get lifted, and we can Fill Our Vessel ( our sacred mind-body-spirit) back up.
There are a lot of things that seem out of our control, but I promise you- This is where we have control... We can utilize ancient practices that were created specifically for our Mind-Body-Spirit, practices that are grounding, centering, calming, releasing, expanding, and uplifting. All while sitting in an intentionally created Sacred Circle.
I have spent many years studying and getting trained in healing modalities such as Yoga: Kundalini/Yin/Nidra/Hatha/Therapy, Meditation for Spiritual & Mental Health, Pranayama or Breath Work for Subtle Body activation, Akashic Records for higher states of Consciousness, Reiki Master for energy work, & Sound Healing for vibrational healing on a cellular level.
Each month will be different practices, but you can count on them being seated, gentle, and nourishing. You can expect, discussion on the theme for that month, sharing whats on your heart (optional), gentle movement to get the body able to receive meditative experiences, breath work to move stagnant energy and time to just absorb the high vibrations we will be receiving.

This deep-dive session uses the ancient system of Tantric Numerology to reveal the energetic patterns that shape your life. Based on your birth date, we’ll explore together your strengths, challenges, soul purpose, and the tools you naturally carry within.
This is not fortune-telling – it’s a mirror that helps you understand yourself more clearly and align with who you truly are. I will give you a meditation recording and a yoga set to do at home to help you reinforce all of the learnings we find during this session.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Meet via zoom, while we discuss your numerology pattern and go over the personalized meditation and yoga set to help deepen your alignment. After our session, you will receive a private link with a recording of your meditation and yoga set to use as often as you'd like.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Private Zoom sessions can be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time. To reschedule, please cancel your session for a refund and then reschedule at a time that works for you. No refunds or schedule changes will be granted within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment time. If you encounter an emergency within 24 hours of your appointment, please email me and we can figure out an appropriate course of action on a 1 to 1 basis.
