You are in for a treat! We meet via zoom on Wednesdays & Sundays at 8am PST.

If you miss the live class you will have the replays available to you in the On Demand Library. You can choose from the different "themes" based on what you need at the time.

How to pay and sign up for a class:

1. Purchase your membership on this page.

2. On the schedule page, choose the class you want to attend.

3. Click "Register".

4. In the drop-down, choose the payment method or pricing offer (membership) you want to use.

5. You"ll receive confirmation in an email.

6. You may cancel or manage your registration from the confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Registration from class must be canceled 24 hours prior to start of class.

Renews automatically monthly, can be canceled anytime.
