Marissa Hutchinson has been teaching Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Yin Yoga for 5 years and practicing yoga for 10 years. After experiencing the spiritual and mental health benefits of kundalini yoga and gentle somatic/subtle body practices, Marissa found herself able to regulate her nervous system and live a more balanced life. She knew she had to share it all with others. She has completed over 1000 hours of teacher training with incredible teachers such as Scott Moore, Kailee Smith, Lisa Pearson and all of the teachers within the Inner Peace Yoga Therapy training. She also completed her certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy in 2025 and a 9 month certification in Meditation for Spiritual and Mental Health. Her passion is to create safe spaces that support slowing down, tuning in and reconnecting with your wholeness. Whatever she teaches you can count on leaving feeling centered, grounded and full of resilience.
My devotion is to guide you back into your own wholeness — helping you:

For much of my life, I lived in fear — my body locked in cycles of dysregulation, my spirit searching for safety. In one of my darkest seasons, I stumbled into yoga. What began as simple movement soon became something deeper — a sacred pause, a doorway inward.
Through slowing down, listening to my body, and nurturing my soul, I discovered that yoga was far more than postures. It was remembrance. It was the medicine my body had been yearning for — and it was life-changing.
In that stillness, parts of myself began to awaken — pieces I never knew were there. And in that awakening, I received my calling: to embody and share the holistic modalities that guide us back to wholeness… back to the truth of who we really are.
